Ryedale Blinds is one of the few window coverings companies in the UK to offer a genuine one year warranty on parts & components for our window blinds, a five year manufacturers warranty on our wood shutters, a fifteen year manufacturers warranty on faux shutters & a five-year manufacturers warranty on for our awnings.

Your warranty covers defects in:

• All Internal Mechanisms.
• Components & Brackets.
• Fabric Delamination.
• Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or simulair products and/or parts.
• 12 months warranty on all electrical parts regardless of the product.

Excluded from your warranty:

In some cases, warrantys are invalidated by:

• Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.
• Exposure to the elements (sun, wind and water/moisture damage) and discoloration or fading over time.
• Failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance.
• Tampering with the product or safety device post-installation.
• Any conditions that are a reaction of other factors in and around the enviroment or vercinity of the product.
• Nominal callout fee's & labour costs which includes travel time to and from the property where the products are installed.
• Acts of god.

In no event shall Ryedale Blinds be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other indirect damage, loss, cost or expense. Shipping charges, cost of removal and cost of reinstallation are also excluded from the guarantees.

To redeem your warranty you must supply us with your signed warranty agreement, order confirmation & reciept.
